Between Black and White, the joy of Yellow
Yellow is the color of joy, and it was strongly desired for Bistrot 84 by the entrepreneur Nicola Langone, deus ex machina of this new project that was brought to fruition after the success of his restaurant Gunè situated in San Frediano.
Indigo characterizes my first restaurant – Gunè – and represents the realization of a dream. Yellow, on the other hand, represents madness and joy, emotions that are linked to my second restaurant in Florence.
Bistrot 84 is an intimate and special place with a joyful glam touch, where you can experience a food moment outside the usual box of “dining out”.
As chef in the bistrot, Nicola Langone chooses the young Matteo Longhi, born in 1995. To support him we find a large team of young professionals and enthusiasts for this profession.
